26
Explore the fundamentals of cryptography, combining theoretical knowledge with engaging hands-on activities! You will explore historical ciphers, decode messages and utilise digital tools to create encrypted communications. Designed to foster critical thinking and technical skills, this workshop provides an accessible yet comprehensive introduction to encryption – the art of writing and solving codes.
This workshop is a programme complementary to Portals, an innovative visual arts exhibition that bridges Singapore's wartime history with creative technology at the Battlebox. Portals is a programme of cmd.exe ("command prompt"), supported by the National Arts Council and the Tote Board Arts Fund.
