- All ticket sales have gone online. Please reserve your admission tickets online before your visit.
- Entry to the Battlebox is always free, but limited slots exist. You are highly encouraged to reserve your tickets in advance.
- For the enhanced experience, please bring your smartphones and earphones. Limited audio devices are available for loan on-site on a first-come first-served basis.
- Children aged 4 years and below enter for free (please note that entry will not include an audio guide and anaglyph glasses). No booking is required.
- Children aged 12 years and below must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Please produce an identification card for verification if you have purchased a child ticket and/or local ticket.
- No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made once booking is completed.
