The permanent display aims to showcase to a visitor the significance of the Battlebox, a command bunker where the decision to surrender was made within the larger context of the battle.

More in-depth perspectives and other aspects of the Malayan Campaign will be the subject of:

  • The augmented experience comprising the audio experience and mixed reality experience
  • Changing exhibitions
  • Regular programmes such as workshops, panel discussions and other related works at the Battlebox

Both the audio experience and mixed reality experience will also be updated from time to time.
